Frank Ocean Confesses Truth About Sexuality

While it may come as a shock for most, Frank Ocean, Odd Future Crew member, opened up and confessed that in his younger days, he fell in love with a male companion and has since had an ongoing struggle with his sexuality. Rumors had spread that a few tracks off his new album Channel Orange, set to release July 17th, had homosexual undertones. In his personal Tumble account Ocean posted a deeply emotional response to these rumors, which he validated.

Ocean’s courage to be honest about himself as an artist and as a human being should truly be admired, despite the risks some may perceive by his place in the rap community.
